The Mizuno Mujin 10 is a high cushioned shoe built for long distance trail runs that can handle all different types of challenges- from soft, muddy fields to more technical rocky climbs and descents.
Aggressive 5mm traction lugs, providing plenty of bite, are matched with a premium Vibram Megagrip outsole giving enhanced grip on all surfaces and terrain.
Two layers of EVA foam at differing densities help provide the perfect combination of cushioning, response and stability. Mizuno Enerzy Foam is used in the top midsole for excellent energy return and strong cushioning, Mizuno Wave Foam offers increased stability without sacrificing comfort. Support side panels running from the midfoot to the heel help keep the foot locked in and secure no matter what the adventure.
