The Rider 27 has additional midsole height and a more rockered design under the forefoot, providing a super smooth midfoot-to-toe-off phase of your stride.

The fit of the Mizuno Wave Rider 27 is of medium width, but slightly roomier around the toe-box compared to previous models. The rear of the shoe snugly connects and supports the heel. The heel counter is also relatively deep, eliminating slippage and accommodating aftermarket insoles and orthotics exceptionally well. Well done, Mizuno!
